This last week we had the pleasure of taking on the project of painting one of Cape Coral's iconic businesses; George's Complete Auto Repair.
While it may not be the biggest flashiest building in town, it is the oldest one!
Originally the "Rosen's Sales Office", it was officially the first office building ever built in Cape Coral. Through all these years it has stood tall and strong and is now home to George's.
Today, the management and staff at George's are some of the friendliest most attentive people you will find and they truly care about servicing your needs. It's not a franchise or owned by some mogul who's never around. It's a true, home grown business that supports every aspect of the local business community. George's has been a staple in downtown Cape Coral since taking over the building in 1991 and I have watched it stand strong through all the ups and downs our city and entire country have gone through.
You may be wondering why I am writing about this particular project and the answer is simple:
This community means the world to me and my business. Without it and the people that call it home, I wouldn't be the person I am today and our painting business wouldn't have survived through the economic downturns.
I never take for granted the chance to continue to service the people and the businesses in SWFL. When we get an opportunity to help restore the look of such a classic and iconic building in Cape Coral it truly means a lot to me. Take a look at what we were able to do:
